In 1986, Lester Nathan, CEO and Senior Consultant, retired from his position as CEO of his own high-end gift and tableware shops. In 1988, a business owner needed some help. His business was rapidly going downhill. After evaluating what this young entrepreneur was doing, Lester immediately find solutions to free up both money and labor, two of his scarcest resources. Through consultations, he soon saw progressive productivity gains and new standards for labor and managers. His business naturally became very successful. Lester was quickly referred to another client, after which he received a series of referrals, resulting in a sound business consulting practice.
By 1993, we had come to the conclusion that independent pharmacists were an endangered species. While doing some research using a year-old phone book, we had discovered that a full 42% of the independent pharmacists we were attempting to reach had gone out of business or had sold out to a chain.
We had found our niche. And pharmacists across the country now had the resource they needed to survive, even thrive, in a changing economy. We have already helped over three hundred independent pharmacists increase their sales and profits. Many have gone on to enjoy Total Financial Freedom-- namely, the freedom to come and go from their pharmacies as they please, while still enjoying a residual income that affords them the lifestyle they desire.
